Academic Manager - Eastbourne Salary: £38,000.00 to £40,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience Contract: Permanent – 42.5 hours per week
Located on-site in Eastbourne, our Academic Manager will provide academic, operational, and administrative leadership for the ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ/Study Group International Foundation Year (IFY) programme and ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ English Foreign language programmes (EFL). You will oversee curriculum delivery, academic quality, student experience, centre academic operations, and regulatory compliance. The role is central to ensuring academic excellence and exemplary student welfare and satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications
Postgraduate qualification (Master’s, PGCE, DELTA, or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven experience in academic leadership or programme coordination in a higher education or international pathway setting.
An understanding of the needs and requirements of international students
Experience in quality assurance, assessment and academic standards in a higher education or International pathway setting.
Familiarity with partnership models in international education
Experienced in developing academic qualifications.
